Kiev, May 15 (TASR) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has condemned Wednesday's attack on Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico in the town of Handlova, calling it an "appalling" act.
"We strongly condemn this act of violence against our neighbouring partner state's head of government. Every effort should be made to ensure that violence does not become the norm in any country, form, or sphere..." wrote Zelenskyy, wishing Fico a speedy recovery and expressing solidarity with the people of Slovakia.
